Initial Release.

This is the initial release of ZHAires.py as used in ANITA and BEACON tools in 2019 and 2020.

This supports running Aires + ZHAireS simulations and supports loading ZHAireS waveforms. However, this version requires that AIRES_RUN_DIR be set before any showers can be run or loaded.
