This allows us to throw a weird `ArgumentError` from AS instead of having to construct and throw it from native code
Add `make_error_3669`, `make_error_3780`, and `make_error_3781`
`make_error_3771`, `make_error_3772`, and `make_error_3773`
This fixes the error message for when the frame label isn't found but no scene is passed
These functions aren't used outside the file anymore
