Blocked on the llvm-kompile linker failure when trying to kompile the whole p-token.smir.json file.
TODO: tests update.

Closes #803.

This PR:

  • adds --target-dir option for kmir prove-rs, reusing the same kompilation artifact across prove-rs runs
  • uses unreduced SMIR for kompilation and caching, only reducing to the entry symbol for proof execution
