🎨 Palette: Limit visible tasks in MissionControl

💡 What: Added truncation and limit to MissionControl tasks list.
🎯 Why: Prevents sidebar layout breakage when there are many or long active tasks.
📸 Before/After: Before, lists expanded endlessly and text wrapped poorly. Now, text truncates and lists show "... and X more tasks".
♿ Accessibility: Cleaned up UI feedback for long lists so users know more tasks exist without UI clutter.
