Environment
- macOS: macOS 15+ (Apple Silicon)
- Android: Pixel (Android 14/15+)
- AirSync Mac version: 4.0.1
- Feature: AndroidVolume (Finder mount via WebDAV)
Issue Description
When opening the AndroidVolume mounted in Finder (/Users/.../Library/Caches/com.airsync.mac/AndroidVolume) and attempting to drag and drop or copy any file from macOS into any folder (e.g. Download/), the Finder operation immediately fails with:
"The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in '' can’t be read or written. (Error code -36)"
Root Cause Analysis
Inspecting the mounted WebDAV endpoint (http://<phone-ip>:9081/) reveals that the embedded WebDAV server on the Android app is configured as Read-Only:
Running an OPTIONS request against the server returns:
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Allow: GET, HEAD, OPTIONS, PROPFIND
DAV: 1, 2
