Run an additional script that initializes additional users and databases to the postgresql instance of status-db, in this case to be used by unleash. includeUnleash flag depends on includeStatusDb being true
This is a bit more experimental, it's not as I clean as I wanted it to be, but implemented also so we have an example for future use cases of multiple databases and users in a single instance. (even if we don't merge this one)
