Hopefully addresses https://github.com/secondlife/conductor-poc/issues/48

Changes:

  • add UPSTREAM_RESOLVE/NGINX_RESOLVER support so nginx can re-resolve host-based upstreams without restarting
  • default the resolver to 169.254.169.253 valid=60s when UPSTREAM_RESOLVE=1 and no custom resolver is provided
  • keep unix socket backends intact (skip resolve flag) and document the behaviour in README
  • extend the test harness to assert both explicit and default resolver rendering
