fix: align PipelineRun names with create-tree component name - #749

The PipelineRun names used "createtree" (no hyphen) which doesn't match the Konflux component name "create-tree", preventing manual build triggers via the incoming webhook. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
