Add a property gist:hasBalance
Change the restriction on Account to (gist:hasBalance some Magnitude)
Remove the aspect for financial balance (was used only in the restriction)
The solution allows a client to define their own aspects to be used for balances (airline miles, points, rubles, etc.).
Major change since the aspect financial balance is being removed.
