Byline currently only supports SerpApi's Google Search Engine API. In my testing, Bing/DuckDuckGo/etc do not function correctly with multiple URL filters, and I haven't run into a situation where another engine provides more results than Google.
This issue is open for tracking requests and use cases for implementing other search engines.
