Add three GB300 multi-node PD-disaggregated recipes (low-latency 2P1D, balanced 4P4D, high-throughput 12P4D) for DeepSeek-V4 Pro FP4 to the cookbook, adapted from the validated configs in SemiAnalysisAI/InferenceX#2157. Each cell renders the prefill worker, decode worker, and router commands in one blurb via a new
