…ormula) (shane-kshongmo#38) Sync CLAUDE.md, README.md, and docs/ARCHITECTURE.md with the current perfbound implementation (through commit 4a63cc2). Key changes: - Correct the bound formula to the implemented sound form T_bound = max(T_grid_floor, T_core_floor + T_serial_irreducible). The additive shorthand max(grid, core)+serial is non-conservative (can violate T_bound <= T_measured); bound_combiner.py implements the sound max(grid, core+serial) form. Documented with a caveat in all three files. - CLAUDE.md / README.md: surface the perfbound Python bound model (previously absent), add run_bound.py entry point, kernel registry, pytest/ctest commands, calibration data, and the expanded repo structure. - docs/ARCHITECTURE.md: update the module tree (add distribution/, analyze/, experiments/, expanded calibration/ and validate/), flip A.6/A.7/A.8 from stubs to implemented (A.7 two-limit HW-validated via US-SB-008), document occupancy-aware HBM + vector-floor soundness (US-SB-006), wave scaling, and the 4-layer workload calibration.
