docs(hivm): bound-guided HIVM rewrite design doc set Gather the three HIVM bound/optimization docs into docs/hivm_bound_rewrite/ with a README index: - hivm_optimization_playbook.md: 5 problem classes / 21 techniques mapped to HIVM rewrites (signal -> transform -> before/after IR -> model impact), with technique <-> 5-axis gap <-> HivmOpsEditor primitive mapping. - hivm_bound_vs_diagnosis_status.md: status of analytical T_bound (Python perfbound) vs bottleneck diagnosis (C++ HIVMBottleneckDiagnoser), with file:line evidence of overlap and disconnect. - feature_bound_guided_hivm_rewriter.md: feature design / dev plan framing the optimization loop as gradient descent (loss=T_sched, floor=T_bound, gradient=gap attribution, update=HivmOpsEditor rewrite), end-to-end verification loop, module interfaces, M0-M5 milestones.
