Alright bro, this one's a clean rep — no ego lifting here. The PR swaps out docs/screenshots/board-dark.jpg with a new screenshot of the dark-mode Kanban board, and the description says it's meant to show a fuller demo board with the Onboarding Flow epic populated across all columns (planning, to do, in progress with active agents, done). That matches exactly what a single binary image replacement in docs/screenshots/ should do. No code, no config, no API surface touched. Just a fresh hero shot for the README features grid.
Strengths
- Scope is tight: one file, one commit, one purpose. No drive-by edits sneaking in alongside the screenshot swap. That's good form, like hitting your rest timer and not wandering over to the free weights.
- The file lives at the expected path (
docs/screenshots/board-dark.jpg) and the JPEG header is valid (JFIF, 812×1280 px), so it'll render fine in the README grid without any broken-image surprises. - Zero risk to runtime behavior, CI pipelines, or downstream consumers. It's a static asset referenced by markdown — worst case someone's README looks a little different, which is literally the point.
Risk and coverage
- Verified: file path, file type (JPEG), PR description alignment, single-commit scope, no linked issues that would require additional context, no security findings, no changed symbols or caller references to worry about.
- Not verifiable from the diff: the actual visual content of the screenshot (it's binary). I can't confirm from here that the board actually shows 3+ tasks in every column or that the "active agents" are visible. If the team wants a visual sanity check, a quick look at the rendered README on the PR preview is the move. But that's a nice-to-have, not a blocker.
- No commands were configured or run in the analysis, and none are needed for a docs-only image swap.
Coverage notes:
-
Binary JPEG content cannot be visually inspected from the diff; the PR description's claim about 3+ tasks per column and visible active agents is taken at face value.
-
No CI commands, type checks, or test suites were configured for this repo in the analysis context, so no automated verification was performed. None are expected to be needed for a static image replacement.
-
Caller/reference search was skipped (rg not available), but this is a static asset with no code-level references to audit.
Review checklist:
| Area | Status | Area | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Intent match | ✅ reviewed against PR text/commits | Correctness | ✅ no findings raised |
| Security | ✅ built-in secret scan | Regression risk | ✅ checkout context, 1 file(s), 1 reference set(s) |
| Tests | ➖ reviewed from code/test context | Static checks | ➖ not configured |
| Maintainability | ✅ no findings raised | Performance | ✅ no obvious issue flagged |
✅ Solid rep, bro. One file, one purpose, no wasted movement. That's how you keep the PR queue lean and the README looking sharp. Ship it and go hit your next set.
Retakes the dark-mode Kanban screenshot in the README features grid with a fuller demo board — the Onboarding Flow epic now has 3+ tasks in every column (planning, to do, in progress with active agents, done), so the hero shot shows a realistically busy board.
