fix(docs): correct first-scan link in the Korean server delivery guide#162

The Korean guide linked to ../start/first-scan.md#installation, but the Korean page (first-scan.ko.md) uses the anchor #설치. The English-only anchor broke the ko build during gh-deploy (mkdocs --strict), so the Docs site deploy failed. Point it at first-scan.ko.md#설치, matching the convention in the other Korean guides.
