RDP fullscreen-on-connect resizes several times before settling #257

Open

Description

Symptom

An RDP entry set to open fullscreen on connect changes size several times before settling, which looks confused: the desktop appears at one size, is scaled to fit, resizes, is refit, and finally stretches to the edge.

Cause

The session is created at the connections page's window size. After CONNECTED the client re-sends the window size (up to three times, covering a window where the RDP display channel is not ready). The fullscreen gesture then fires a window resize, the display is scaled down to fit while the server is asked for the fullscreen size, the server resizes (and, without GFX, rounds the width down), the client refits, and the shortfall fill from #251 lands. Four or five visible size changes for one connection.

Fix

For an entry that opens fullscreen on connect, use the screen's size from the very first request: the connect call carries screen_width/screen_height and the server creates the session at that size; the client keeps that target while still windowed (the framebuffer is scaled to fit until the gesture lands) and the post-connect size sends and the fullscreen resize then ask for what the server already has, so guacd coalesces them to nothing. One size from the first request to the fullscreen desktop.

Folded into #255.
