When deleting a profile:
* Also delete the station coordinates files
* Use
setSettingsFileNameto ensure the station coordinates file names are also updated. Previously the station coordinates file names would have been left pointing at the files for the deleted profileThis PR also removes some redundant code and ensures the GNSS defaults are applied
