Here's a batch of fixes and updates for Breadcrumbs.

• Fix [Make breadcrumbs more templatable #3] make breadcrumb more templateable.
• Fix [Invalid HTML #5] invalid html + invalid microdata format. Now passes html5 validation.
• Fix [extra <li> around last item when currentAsLink=0 #6] extra li tag around last item when currentAsLink=0.
• Add French translation.
• Moved properties to property set.
• New properties : outerClass, currentCrumbClass.
• New template: bcTplCrumbSeparator.
• New placeholders: [[+separator]], [[+class]]
• Modernized templates. Default matches Twitter Bootstrap scheme. Switch to Zurb Foundation html/classes or anything else via property set.

Tested with modx 2.2.0-pl2 and 2.2.1-dev (march 15, 2012)
