Install AMBuild without build isolation to improve compatibility.
Update AMBuilder to reference `extension.cpp` via `Extension.ext_root/src` so builds resolve the source file reliably. Also add `-Wno-unknown-warning-option` for gcc/clang builds after adding CDetour to prevent fatal errors from unrecognized Clang-specific warning flags in that dependency.
