This is a simple first implementation, not taking into account multiple architectures/OS. Waiting until it's required to implement it in the most convenient way.
it is usefull to listen on all ipv4 and ipv6 addresses
give them as a {'hashed': PASSWORD_HASH} mapping
Use case: discovered a pre-existing prometheus binary at runtime and don't want to overwrite it

This PR just to quickly check diff with upstream
