What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request adds missing test cases for the @stdlib/ndarray/base/unary-accumulate package in order to improve test coverage and verify expected behavior.

The changes are limited to test files only and do not modify any production code or existing functionality.

@kaushal-kumar-it Thanks for looking into this. For adding tests to this package, consult https://github.com/stdlib-js/stdlib/tree/develop/lib/node_modules/%40stdlib/ndarray/base/unary/test which demonstrates the types of tests that we are looking for and how we structure those tests. Obviously, ndarray/base/unary is not a perfect match, as it does not perform accumulation, but it should provide an idea.

Similarly, for a package which does perform accumulation and supports callbacks, see https://github.com/stdlib-js/stdlib/tree/develop/lib/node_modules/%40stdlib/ndarray/base/count-if/test.

Notice how we include separate tailored test files for each ndarray rank and which address the various memory patterns of provided ndarrays.

I’ve updated the tests to follow the structure used in ndarray/base/unary and ndarray/base/count-if, including separate test files per ndarray rank and coverage for different memory layouts (row-major, column-major, strided, and singleton dimensions). Please let me know if any additional cases should be included.
