Re-pin go-stellar-sdk to the CAP-0085 SPIKE head (sisuresh/go@0ea2619a, go-stellar-sdk#5962) to pull in the CAP_0085_EXECUTABLE_REF gated XDR types (ContractExecutable external-ref variant, SCV_EXECUTABLE_TAG). MaxSupportedProtocolVersion is already 28 on protocol-next; no contractevents changes (CAP-0085 does not alter SAC transfer/mint events).
