We don't need this here anymore :D

We actually did, there is a small amount of setup code within the WPTestCase https://github.com/stellarwp/uplink/blob/feat/support-multiple-tokens-tests/tests/_support/Helper/UplinkTestCase.php#L22 that was setting up the container. I just moved that logic into the @before.
