[STX-57] Perform release and deployment according to new release process - #36

Node.js 20 is deprecated. The following actions target Node.js 20 but are being forced to run on Node.js 24: actions/upload-artifact@v4, docker/login-action@v2, google-github-actions/auth@v2. Input 'save-always' has been deprecated with message: save-always does not work as intended and will be removed in a future release. A separate `actions/cache/restore` step should be used instead. See https://github.com/actions/cache/tree/main/save#always-save-cache for more details.

Fully deprecated: ScaCap/action-surefire-report@v1 is no longer supported and will receive no further updates. Move to ScalableCapital/action-surefire-report@v2: https://github.com/ScalableCapital/action-surefire-report.
