[DXP-2558] Remove Java wrapper

• Remove entrypoint package
• Move log file override to StreamxCommand
• Set StreamxCommand.main() as the distribution entrypoint function

NOTE: I wasn't able to check the build locally because I don't have access to some streamx Maven artifacts. I made changes on top of these changes, then cherry-picked it to a new branch created from the main main branch.
