This submission establishes the codebase for the Autonomous-SSM-MetaRL framework. It integrates a CrewAI-based multi-agent system with the existing PyTorch SSM engine. The structure is designed to be the foundation of a new repository, separating the 'Brain' (agents) from the 'Engine' (deep learning core). Legacy components required for engine functionality have been preserved.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16635638959913795792 started by @sunghunkwag

- Established project structure for Autonomous-SSM-MetaRL.
- Created `multi_agent/` directory with `StateModelingAgent`, `SSMTool`, and `ResearchWorkflow`.
- Updated `core/ssm.py` to support configuration persistence.
- Overwrote `main.py` as the new entry point for the agentic workflow.
- Updated `README.md` and `pyproject.toml` to reflect the new project identity and dependencies.
- Preserved legacy components (`adaptation/`, `experiments/`, `env_runner/`) as requested.
- Verified functionality with `tests/test_agents.py`.
