Docker stderr

Summary of change

When running in a container without $ERROR_LOG_PATH specified, this change will now print errors to stderr (instead of being merged into stdout)

Test Plan

1. Run container with incorrect port: sudo docker run --network="host" -p 3567:3567 -e POSTGRESQL_HOST="127.0.0.1" -e POSTGRESQL_PORT="5555" supertokens 2> >(while read line; do echo -e "\e[01;31m$line\e[0m" >&2; done)
2. Confirm error in red
