fix: RecursiveFormFields type for recursive or unknown schemas

fixes #14687

Right now, if the schema is unknown or otherwise indefinitely recursive, it treats form.fields as a field leaf instead of a field container. This makes form.fields.as() incorrectly available instead of form.fields.allIssues(). This update fixes that by ensuring form.fields is always treated as a field container.

It also exports the RemoteFormFields type so that it can be used to create wrapper components.

@Rich-Harris I think the test-others tests are failing due to #14732. The rest are all passing.

This is otherwise ready for review.

In the meantime, I've copied all the RemoteForm-related types into my project so that I can use the fixed versions and the RemoteFormFields type which is not yet exported.
