@beccadax, I think this will fix the oss-swift_tools-RA_stdlib-DA_test-device-non_executable CI you asked about, please run it and see.

We can try it, but we won't know until it hits the right CI bot—the PR test bot only tests iOS simulators, not devices.

OK, I'm confident this flag will fix the Darwin arm64 issues, as it did the same on linux and Android, so merging.

I haven't touched the other three failing tests on that arm64 CI, so those are likely because of other commits.
