The upstream .gitignore listed package-lock.json, but we track it for reproducible builds. This caused release-plz to fail with 'both committed and in .gitignore' error. Co-authored-by: Claude <[email protected]>

The dev extension downloads a wrapper script that delegates to whatever version of symposium-acp-agent is installed locally via cargo. This allows testing changes without waiting for releases. CI automatically updates the wrapper archives on each push to main. Co-authored-by: Claude <[email protected]>
