When mdbook is restored from cache, cargo install fails with 'binary already exists'. Using --force makes the install idempotent. Co-authored-by: Claude <[email protected]>
The softprops/action-gh-release action needs write permission to upload assets to releases. Without this, it fails with 'Resource not accessible by integration'. Co-authored-by: Claude <[email protected]>
