Install

1. python-2.7.14.msi || python-3.6.3.exe and add C:\Python27 to env PATH 2. opencv-3.3.1-vc14.exe 3. setx -m OPENCV_DIR %USERPROFILE%\Downloads\opencv\build\x64\vc14 4. install pip by get-pip.py (google) 5. pip install -U numpy 6. For mouse move via Python: pip install pypiwin32 7. For find edges: python -mpip install -U pip && python -mpip install -U matplotlib
