Add @types/react* to peerDependencies

Hello!
When using your package, I get the error:

'Range' cannot be used as a JSX component. Its instance type 'Range' is not a valid JSX element

I found issue #171 in this repository.

After some digging, I found out what if my project is in the package.json override packageExtensions of pnpm for this package (react-range) @types/react and @types/react-dom, then everything starts working correctly. I think that if you specify inside the package react-range itself that a peer can use any version, then this can fix the error.
