This is a repository containing codes neccessary for calculating freezing index and create figures in the paper. The file "freezing_index_demo" contains instructions on how to calculate freezing index using an optoelectronic motion tracking raw data ("gait_test.txt"). Other files show how to create figures in the paper using the raw data.
