At least on Ubuntu 14.04 the gtkglext example `logo` was not compiling because of missing OpenGL and math library flags. Added them to Makefile.am.

At least on Ubuntu 14.04 the gtkglext example
logowas not compiling becauseof missing OpenGL and math library flags. Added them to Makefile.am.
