Adds v1.15.0 at the top of the Node Operator Updates table with its September 24, 2026 release date, release link, and medium priority for validators and RPC nodes. Summarizes the Commonware update, validator startup checks, performance improvements, and optional P2P sync flag, following Tempo's concise documentation style.
Validation:
