[WiP] Add TerraFM backbone

• Implements the TerraFM backbone with both Base and Large variants.
• Adds a Min–Max normalization method (MinMaxNormalize) for Sentinel data used by TerraFM.
• Includes basic tests for the TerraFM backbone.

• v1.1.1 is a maintenance release anyway
