testingbot/testingbotctl#62 makes the CLI write a job summary and
::errorannotations itself whenever it runs in GitHub Actions. This action already writes its own summary and runs@testingbot/cli@latestby default, so once that CLI is released every action run would show two results tables. This exports
TESTINGBOT_CI_SUMMARY=0before running the CLI, which turns the CLI's summary and annotations off. Older CLIs ignore the variable, so this should merge before the CLI release.
