sof-hda-dsp: set dmic default on

The internal mic become default off for dmic machine. Set the switch default on to align with other audio architecture.

I am not sure it's a valid sequence to enable a path in the BootSequence @KaiChuan-Hsieh. In theory this should just prepare stuff, and in the existing UCM we already refer to this control with

CaptureSwitch "Dmic0 Capture Switch"

which should take care of things?
