Show openui deploy after create and in Getting Started / Agent quickstart

What

Make openui deploy discoverable as the step after dev for anyone who scaffolds with the CLI. No deploy implementation changes, no prompts.

Changes

• create outro (getStartedMessage): appends When you want a shareable preview: > npx @openuidev/cli@latest deploy after the local-dev commands, in both startDev branches. Example scaffolds (create-example.ts) are untouched.
• Overlay gettingStarted strings (cloud langgraph / vercel-ai-sdk, self-hosted langgraph): "deploy it to Vercel as-is" → "Share a preview with npx @openuidev/cli@latest deploy".
• Docs: ### Share a preview on Getting Started; ## 4. Share a preview (pkg tabs) + "Deploy with the CLI" link on the Agent quickstart.

Template package.json deploy script, @openuidev/cli 0.3.0 pin, README line, and lockfile refresh are split into the follow-up PR (stacked on this branch) so it can land once 0.3.0 is on npm.

Test Plan

• Verified locally
• pnpm --filter @openuidev/cli run build:cli and run ci pass
• Overlay gettingStarted still interpolates {{packageManager}}
