4.0.8 - September 2019

This release further improves support for the (MicroUSB/PS4) ZCM2 model of the PS Move Motion Controller. Minor bug fixes are also included, as is a fix for recent Windows 10 versions (1903) and the codebase has been upgraded to make use of OpenCV 3.
