This is the first PR in the series of PRs implementing the Token Grant contract for T.
Token Grantreleases its token balance gradually to the grantee based on the vestingschedule with a cliff and vesting period. This PR implements a grant vesting schedule
with
withdraw,withdrawableAmount, andunlockedAmountfunctions.The remaining functionalities of
TokenGrantcontract, as listed inTokenGrant.solwillbe implemented in separate PRs.
