Add external PDP configuration to Console

Purpose

Add Console UI support for configuring external AuthZEN PDP connections and selecting them for resource servers.

This includes external PDP connection creation and editing, subject attribute mappings, timeout and retry configuration, and resource-server PDP selection.

Approach

• Added external AuthZEN PDP to the connection catalog.
• Added UI fields for PDP endpoint, timeout, and retry count.
• Added subject attribute mapping by user type.
• Added external PDP connection selection to resource-server authorization settings.
• Added and updated frontend unit tests.
