Holding this back. Gradle 9.6 fails the build (:libs:fincore-events:test under Gradle 9), so the toolchain and plugin set are not yet Gradle 9 clean. This needs a deliberate Gradle 9 migration (plugin compatibility, JaCoCo/test wiring), not a routine wrapper bump.
