debian-control-linter
A debian/copyright linter that is actually useful. Supports various other debian control files, though anything beyond debian/control and DEBIAN/control is largely untested.

Download instructions:
On GNU/Linux, feel free to use the debian-control-linter executable. There is also a cross-platform jar provided, both with and without the dependencies of the project. Sources, javadocs and a manpage are also available.
