Based off pull request #417 (to pass tests)
Fix for issue #347 so that when password is still hidden/blurred, a mouseover of the text causes a trigger of the passfetchersync, but doesn't actually retrieve password, add audit event, etc...
Also moved 'show' button icon to beside blurred password, and once password has been shown, the button is hidden (so not show/hide/show/hide).
