This release updates and improves the existing indicators and adds some new ones.
The following changes have been applied (PR number added for more details):

  • Run modelling workflow (7h pipeline) with the new trias package version (trias-project/trias@cb221d0), producing plots even if GAM cannot be used for emerging status assessment(#109)
  • Improve GAM modelling and add analysis of species in Belgian protected areas (#77)
  • Improve checklist indicators (#78)
  • Improve pathway checklist indicators and add analysis status of invasion of protected areas (#79)
  • Improve pathway indicator (#80)
  • Remove 3 native birds and add infraspecific taxa to protected areas analysis pipelines (#81)
  • Solve infraspecific taxa add leaflet n alien taxa (#82)
