A linter should probably report this. An unpacker should unpack to the relative path. Conceptually this is very similar to #23 |

The specifications state that no absolute file names are allowed, yet most implementations ignore this and unpack files (relative to the current path). This PR adds a test file, plus readme on how it was created, for this case.
