Introduces a public-facing
/llms.txtfile at the root of the site (placed in the/publicdirectory).This file is formatted using standard Markdown specifically tailored for ingestion by Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents. It guides AI models to understand the site's purpose, map out key resources, find details about v1 API endpoints (including fleet status, weather/tides conditions, and vessel profiles), and understand the primary architecture and stack of the SIST application.
