macro_is_already_expanding had a small bug where if the currently expanding macro was unnamed, it returned false even if the macro was present somewhere on the stack.

Context
macro_is_already_expandinghad a small bug where if the currently expanding macro was unnamed, it returned false even if the macro was present somewhere on the stack. This PR fixes the bug and adds a small test from TCC.
